SPRAY APPLICATION:

• Preparation for application: tools for spray painting should be used rinse thoroughly with clean water. They need to be completely clean from solvents or diluents;

• The surface to be applied should be clean from dirt,

 degreased;

• In case of application on windows, doors, gates, cover with tape self-adhesive places with key locks so as not to paint over these elements;

• Apply with a spray gun to obtain a minimum WFT 150 microns (50 microns DFT). Apply using airless spray gun, using a 517 / 0.017 ”nozzle;

• During application with an air spray gun, the mass should be diluted with water

in the proportion of 30% - 40% of the total weight of the material, and should be applied in two

layers with an interval of 2-3 hours. 

Airless Spray - Dilute Material 10-15% with Water total mass of the material.

• The application should be made in two layers, one vertical and the other horizontal. At the shower

 there is no need to wait for the first layer to dry. The foil is applied by the method

 spray pattern will be more uniform.
